…to the Humanitarian Crisis Hub
You have landed on a website that is a resource for people who take action on human rights in war and conflict.
The Humanitarian Crisis Hub is a new organisation that works with community groups and individuals in Australia who are passionate about human rights and human dignity, who are concerned about ordinary people living in war and conflict, and who transform that passion into action.
This site contains tools, resources and contacts to support your activism. Here you can find out about campaigns happening in Australia and around the world and about other groups and individuals who share your concerns. There is information about particular countries or regions, and a practical tool kit of ‘how-to’ sheets related to advocacy and campaigning. Importantly, you’ll find lobbying contacts: government, embassies, UN organisations, humanitarian agencies and others who might be potential supporters.
Community groups who become affiliates of the Humanitarian Crisis Hub can also post their own pages on this site.
It’s a work in progress, so if know of any upcoming campaigns, events or news, or want to update some of the information on this site, add your comments to this page or contact us on info@crisishub.org.au
