The Humanitarian Crisis Hub is made up of three teams – the Governance Committee, the Consultative Group and the Operational Team – plus a membership base.
Governance Committee
The Governance Committee (the Committee) is the governing body of the organisation. Its members are elected at the Annual General Meeting.
The current committee members are:

Operational Team
The operational team looks after the day to day operations of the Humanitarian Crisis Hub. It is made up of staff and volunteers. The Humanitarian Crisis Hub currently has two staff members.

Consultative Group
The Consultative Group provides feedback, input and recommendations to the Governance Committee and Operational Team. It also fosters coalition-building and solidarity between community groups. It is made up of six members and affiliates, and can invite other members as required on a short-term or project-specific basis.
The Consultative Group is not a decision-making body.
Members and affiliates
Any individual who supports the principles of the Humanitarian Crisis Hub is eligible for membership. Members are entitled to vote at the annual general meeting, nominate for membership to the Governance Committee and become a member of the Consultative Group.
Affiliates are groups or organisations that support or work with the Humanitarian Crisis Hub and that share its principles . Affiliates are eligible to become members of the Consultative Group. The Humanitarian Crisis Hub does not necessarily endorse or share the views of its affiliates.
